Living Beyond Survival

Write your awesome label here.
There comes a point in our inner work where insight alone isn’t enough.

You may understand your patterns. You may have explored your history and spent years healing. Yet, much of life may still be organized around vigilance, pressure, self-protection, anticipation, over-responsibility, or frozen fear.

Survival reality isn’t simply trauma. It’s the way the nervous system learned to orient to life when safety, connection, and love weren’t consistently available. Our younger self may have frozen or lived in fight, flight, or collapse.

Over time, these survival strategies begin influencing how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. However, this survival-based orientation isn’t only personal; it’s also deeply collective. Much of humanity is organized around defense, control, urgency, and disconnection from direct experience.

Yet another possibility is available.

Rather than endlessly analyzing ourselves, we can begin meeting the fear, grief, and joy that live within us with presence and curiosity. As we do, frozen places begin to thaw and no longer run our lives from behind the scenes. We become more available to life as it’s unfolding right now. We also begin recognizing when we’ve left the present through pressure, control, or old conditioning, and gently return to what’s actually here.

This isn’t about becoming someone else or transcending our humanness.

It’s about embracing who and what we already are, and becoming more fully present right here, right now.

In this workshop we will:
 • Recognize how pressure, vigilance, control, and over-functioning shape perception
 • Learn to identify when the nervous system is orienting from past conditioning rather than present reality
 • Develop greater capacity to stay connected during fear, uncertainty, grief, and change
 • Support our natural movement into greater coherence, openness, and aliveness.

Anamika

Anamika’s work is a coherence process through which people can experience themselves and life with greater depth and clarity. Rather than using techniques or a prescribed method, she works through a transmission of presence, allowing habitual defenses to soften so a natural coherence can emerge as the body, mind, and heart move into alignment.

Within this process, many experience a profound shift in perception. What once felt tangled or conflicted begins to settle, revealing greater ease, compassion, and aliveness.

Her work draws on psychology, metaphysics, and energy healing and reflects more than five decades of inner exploration and work with others in the unfolding of consciousness. She is the author of The and… Trilogy, The Beautiful Language of the Heart book and documentary, Loving Now, Love in Fur Coats and French Lessons in Love.

Anamika holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College, a Ph.D. from Columbia Pacific University, and is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.

She lives in California.
