Anamika
Anamika meets people one-to-one and in groups in a way that allows the simple beauty and ever-expanding multidimensionality of human life to be directly felt. Her approach is invitational rather than instructional, exploring what it means to live with presence, to love without defense, and to rest in the grounded clarity of one’s being.
Shaped by decades of inner work and ongoing work with others, her orientation is grounded in energy healing, metaphysics, and psychology. She works through direct transmission and entrainment, listening for what is alive and ready to be met in each moment.
Her work offers a relational field of presence and coherence, where connection stabilizes, repair happens without force, and life reorganizes naturally.
Anamika is the author of several books, including The Beautiful Language of the Heart (book and documentary).
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College, a Ph.D. from Columbia Pacific University, and is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
