Connecting to the Flow of Love

Write your awesome label here.
Love is not something we have to earn, deserve, find, or create.

It’s already here. There's a continuous flow of love moving through life and through us. It’s what we’re made of. The question isn't whether that love is here. It’s whether we're available to experience it.

Many of us haven’t because we’ve spent so much of our lives believing we have to become someone different before we can truly feel loved. Before long, those beliefs become our orientation to life.
We no longer realize we're living inside a story because it has become our reality.

Those stories become more than thoughts. They become the lens through which we experience ourselves, other people, and life itself. They keep us disconnected from our bodies, from the present moment, and from the deeper current of love that has been flowing within us all along.

There's a world of difference between believing you're loved and actually feeling love moving within and around your body. There's also a difference between believing you're made of love and experiencing that reality in every cell of your being.

The invitation isn't to adopt another belief. It's to suspend your belief in your beliefs long enough to discover, through your direct experience, what has been here all along.

As those beliefs begin to loosen their grip, we become more fully present in our bodies, more fully alive. We begin to feel the flow of love that has been here all along—not as an idea or a spiritual concept, but as a direct, living experience.

As we begin to feel that love directly, we no longer experience ourselves as separate beings struggling to earn love or find our place. We begin to recognize that connection has always been here. It was never love that was missing. It was our belief that love wasn't there that made it difficult to experience.

In this workshop we will:
• Discover the beliefs and survival patterns that keep us feeling separate from ourselves and from life.
• Recognize how those beliefs become the lens through which we experience ourselves and the world.
• Learn how slowing down allows us to feel the living presence of love in our bodies.
• Experience how awareness, acceptance, and embodiment naturally restore our connection to the flow of love within and around us.

The exploration of not only who we are, but what we are, has been the thread running through my entire life. From an early age, I perceived energy in ways I didn't yet understand. It took many years of exploration, study, and learning to work consciously with what I was experiencing before I began to understand what it was revealing and how it could become part of the work I now offer.

That exploration keeps opening me to new depths of consciousness, reality, and aliveness. Over time, it has shown me that we're inseparable from the beauty and mystery of creation itself.

My work reflects my lifelong exploration, drawing from psychology, nervous system regulation, trauma repair, metaphysics, spirituality, and energy healing.

For over five decades, through private sessions, groups, workshops, and writing, I've worked with people from around the world as they begin living from more of who and what they are.

A graduate of Wellesley College, holder of a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia Pacific University, and graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, I’ve written The and... Trilogy, The Beautiful Language of the Heart (book and documentary), Loving Now, Love in Fur Coats, and French Lessons in Love.
