How many times have you panicked trying to find a solution to a problem? Do you feel pressure to find answers now? Do you find yourself ruminating during the day or overnight, trying to solve a problem?
We are continually faced with situations that challenge us to stretch and become more of who we are. The questions may be about your future and your purpose on the planet. Or they might be very immediate such as how to heal your body or pay the rent.
Whatever our challenges are, there are always elegant, loving and empowering solutions. But often solutions seem difficult to find even though each moment holds the potential of wondrous possibilities.
Possibilities are always there, but we can block our access to them by trying too hard to solve a problem. Or we can assume that we are the one responsible for fixing something that we don’t know how to fix. We place enormous pressure on ourselves by demanding that we know what to do right this minute in order to solve the problem right now. Inside of this pressure to hurry up and know, we feel powerless, enraged, panicky, anxious, hopeless and despairing. This cuts off our options.
When we don’t know what to do, we can use that moment of not knowing as a doorway. To enter the doorway, rather than focusing on what to do, we can inquire into who to be when we don’t know what to do. We can connect with this “who” by slowing down, letting the steam out of the pressure valve, and opening more inner space. As we expand into the great mystery, receive from infinite possibility, and allow for magical synchronicities, answers come exactly when needed.
In this workshop we will:
- choose an unsolved challenge
- let go of needing to know what to do
- connect with who we are at a deeper level
- receive new solutions from infinite possibility
The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
