What Do You Want to Create?

The current levels of change are so intense, that they are also stirring up fear, dread, and rage. When we can hold these churning energies with acceptance and compassion, we don’t act them out in destructive ways. As we integrate the parts of us that are feeling threatened by this magnitude of change, it opens us.

Since change is always happening, our future never needs to be a continuation of our past. The future and the unknown are not dangerous, scary things that need to be controlled. Change is an ally and friend, so we can open into wondrous exploration and new creation that we couldn’t have imagined. In that openness is authentic freedom.

What we create doesn’t mean anything about who we are. When we hold creating lightly, we can have fun expressing ourselves. When we think our survival and value depend on our performance, then it’s a serious and weighty matter. It won’t work to expect our creations to try to prove that we matter. Instead, we can focus on, “I matter and creating is what I do for the joy of it.”

In these new vibrant energies of playful joy, we can experience more of the mystery of who we are. In this expansiveness we can love and create as never before. As these formless energies move into form, they express what our heart and soul really want to create in the world in a graceful, effortless way.

In this workshop we will:
• become aware of our resistance to change
• imagine what we’d like to create
• open into new vibrant energies
• experience how they create effortlessly

The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
