The Richness Of Connecting
Our current system of good/bad, us/them, superior/inferior, right/wrong, and win/lose is one of divisiveness and tribalism. Its source is our own disconnection and separation which causes isolation and great suffering. Fortunately, however, it’s crumbling because it doesn’t work.
The truth is that we are both connected and interconnected. We are not alone. We are part of each other. The desire to feel our connection with who we really are, and with each other, is our heart’s longing.
In connecting, we can feel that each life is important. Everybody matters and is part of everything, and everything and everyone are connected.
In connection there is unity without uniformity and diversity without fragmentation. There is inclusivity that goes beyond mere tolerance to celebrating all as it is.
Within inclusivity, the complexity of life enriches us through its light, sparkles, joy, wonder, mystery and awe. The feeling of connecting is sublime. Within it there’s deep abiding peace. There’s freedom from demands, pressure and punishment. There’s freedom to discover and be your real self. In connecting, we don’t lose ourselves, but instead experience more of who we are.
Whatever you’d like to heal or change can occur in the stillness within connecting. In stillness, as we enter the uncharted, we discover more of who we are. Each precious moment of connecting changes our lives forever.
In this workshop we will:
- Identify our habitual patterns of disconnecting
- Identify our resistance to connecting
- Receive healing for ourselves and our world
- Experience the multi-dimensional feelings of connecting
The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
