The experience of being human was meant to be delightful and full of expansive growth. It was never meant to be this painful and difficult.
We are here to enjoy our lives, to know that we matter, to find pleasure in each moment, to create and co-create, to innovate, to find wonder and joy, to stretch beyond the bounds of our thinking, to expand in self-knowledge, to embrace all of who we are with loving acceptance, to connect and inter-relate, to know ourselves as part of All That Is as it continually creates more of All That Is.
Although most people don’t live that way, we can step out of the cycle of suffering to truly enjoy and derive richness from our lives. To do so requires going beyond trying to control and be in charge of everything. We have been taught that control is necessary for survival, but in fact it stops new innovative possibilities dead in their tracks. Control leads to a limited, repetitive life.

- Identify our beliefs that life has to be hard and that we must suffer
- Name our resistance to embracing peace, ease and enjoyment
- Experience the lightness of a free, supported and effortless life
