It’s a very exciting time to be alive, and one which is bringing about more than monumental change. It’s the beginning of the time we came here for that’s a quantum expansion in which those words don’t even begin to describe what’s happening.
Along with being eager to explore the unknown, we can also associate not knowing with discomfort, uncertainty and even dread because it’s ultra complex and far beyond our ability to understand and explain. It’s highly open ended, expanding into ranges of experience that no one has ever experienced before.
Expanding into the unknown can seem like something fun and awe-inspiring with so much to discover. Or, it can seem like something we need to avoid or control because it’s big, scary, and full of monsters which can attack us. We can change our relationship with the unknown by moving through our discomfort, resistance and fear. We can move into harmony and co-creation in which we receive from limitless potential and possibilities that were not visible prior.
We can feel safe in the unknown because we’ve always lived there. Even though we try to know everything, we can allow for the freedom, grace and ease in each present moment of not knowing.
In the unknown there are no words, only infinite experiencing, exploration, and discovery. We can soften and open into the invitation to explore the depths and expanse of what we didn’t even know was possible. We can live in the very moment of creation continuously, rather than making up stories because we think the unknown is scary. Ultimately, we get to the point of knowing that we are the unknown exploring itself, which is a thrilling adventure.
In this workshop we will:
• connect with our eagerness to exploring the unknown
• identify any fear and trepidation
• integrate the fear to greater expansion
• experience the thrill of exploring the unknown
The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
