Cultivating our Aliveness

Write your awesome label here.
We all have lived to some degree in a state of separation from our aliveness. The experience of separation causes anxiety, depression, and suffering. In separation we try to know, figure things out and make them happen.

This mindset is a closed loop which says that life is not safe. In this closed mindset, we think we have to make life do what we want it to do in order to be happy. While not having answers when we want them can be very uncomfortable to this mindset, as the unknown becomes more familiar, it gives rise to aliveness.

Just as mindsets are closed loops, the heart is open. It is active, dynamic, alive, full of vitality. It’s where joy, wonder, freedom, delight, and so much more come from. This is our natural state of being.

We are all invited to make the journey from our head to our heart. As we do, we gradually live more and more from the heart. That’s the point of life itself.

We can cultivate this aliveness in many ways by:
• Being kind, gentle and forgiving with ourselves and others
• Being tolerant and patient
• Connecting deeply through the beautiful language and poetry of our heart that resonates with luscious feeling
• Finding gratitude and appreciation
• Noticing and celebrating beauty
• Practicing peaceful acceptance of what’s so in each moment

In this workshop we will:
• identify our mental loops with greater clarity
• experience many ways of cultivating aliveness
• discovering which of those ways is most potent for us personally at this time

The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
