A New Vitality

Write your awesome label here.

As we enter the new year, an octave of greater vitality is emerging along with the destruction of what no longer works. In the resonances of greater vitality, we can experience more of who we are and who we’re becoming, rather than trying to define ourselves.

In this new octave of vitality, we can:
• Relate from deeper realness rather from a laundry list of demands and requirements
• Deepen our relationships with self, other and all
• Keep choosing to align with our authenticity and realness
• Experience a multi-faceted kind of love that is richer and fuller than traditional narrow definitions of love. Within its expansive breadth, beautiful complexity and intensity is enormous freedom
• Innovate beyond our current ideas, dreams and imagination
• Embrace new perspectives that are richer, deeper, broader
• Live a more dynamic, alive, enjoyable, satisfying and pleasurable life
• Become a new kind of human being with a new way of being
• Celebrate and more….

In this workshop we will:
• Explore all of these new energies
• and more…

The workshop lasts 90 minutes.
